Oast House Personal Support aims to 'buck the trend' and allocate more realistic travel times and so you gain improved reliability - Our local knowledge of traffic hotspots and distances, allows us to pre-consider and offer our clients more genuine time allocations

For us all, there are times when we need to cancel services at short notice. We understand this and the frustrations it causes when we're then told that we'll have to pay in full for something we haven't received!
At Oast House Personal Support, we won't charge you hefty administration fees for cancelling services at short notice. Our charges are 'friendly' and much more acceptable.

Not only do we give a 'FREE' service to all our clients on their Birthday, but we also give our clients upto 4 'FREE DAYS' per year, as a little 'Thank you' for their custom.

Understandably, welcoming a new carer into your home can be a little daunting but we're here to work with you and reassure you all the way. We love to have a laugh, there's nothing better than to see a smile on someone's face. And of course, a cuppa and a quick chat if that's what you want. We care, here to support you and stand by your side, though even the toughest of days - We all have them!
