Here are some of our most frequently asked questions and our answers. We'll be very happy to answer all your questions as quickly as possible.

Can I arrange just one cleaning call per week?

Of course, we can arrange to visit Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm depending upon our availability. You can choose a period of time that suits you, e.g. 30, 60 or 90 minutes. 

We will discuss this with you at a friendly assessment call and make sure that we know your personal preferences. Remember, we always work with you at every step.

All that we ask, is that you should provide your own vacuum cleaner/ brushes and mops but we will provide the other cleaning materials as necessary.

My father goes to a Day Centre every week. Can you take him and bring him home?

Yes we can. We will have to carry out an assessment first, and this will be to check how your father can manage and any additional needs he may have, and of course, whether he requires any walking aids and if we can carry them adequately.

We are able to drive within a 5 mile radius with any mileage or petrol charges included in the fee  If less than 90 minutes in total door to door return, we would wait at the Day Centre.

My wife has Dementia. She is finding it increasingly difficult to wash and dress herself in the mornings. Can you assist?

Our Support services are tailored to the individual and person-centred. We will carry out an assessment at home and plan a suitable support package to assist your mother. We can arrange to visit upto 5 days per week. We could also make the bed and help with breakfast if she wishes. We can help provide co-ordinated services along with other carers or support agencies and work closely with family and medical practitioners as needs be.

Hello! I'm going to visit friends for 4 days. I would like someone to feed my cat and water my plants

That's not a problem! We can arrange to feed your cat twice per day and whilst we're there, we'll keep a check on your house plants and any on the patio outside. It's always a good idea to leave someone responsible for your cats health and to call the vet if necessary, such as a friend who lives nearby. We shall always keep in touch with them if required.

My brother needs all his windows cleaning. 
Can you assist him? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service. However, take a look in your free local trade magazines that come through the door or online and we're sure you'll find the right tradesman for the job.

What is your minimum Service Contract?

Our Minimum Contract is 12 weeks (3 months)
This is called our 'Introductory Agreement' which offers a 15% discount on specific services for the first 4 weeks. You then have a choice of a 3, 6 or 12 months contract, which can be changed with advance notice.
In some cases we offer 'Fixed Agreements' such as Shopping Services or Transportation, unless you request a regular service for 3 months or more.

My mother doesn't particularly like online shopping deliveries.
How can you help?

Hi there, we're often asked the same question. Not everyone likes online shopping deliveries. It's a personal choice we fully understand and supporting an individual's independence and personal choice is important. 

We offer a Personal Shopping service for exactly this reason. We will write up a personal shopping list with your Mother and then go and do the shopping for her, in her supermarket or shop of choice. We shall keep in touch by telephone, if the items she requires are not available.
When we return to her home, we'll always offer to assist with putting her shopping away, 
We offer a maximum 1.5 hour Shopping Service per call.
